Contact info@enperfeitas.com with your name and order number or proof of purchase to start a return. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, except for damaged or faulty items. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Products that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect should be reported immediately to info@enperfeitas.com for evaluation and resolution.
Custom or personalised items, and discounted merchandise, are excluded from returns.
