This Privacy Notice for Enperfeitas (“we,” “us,” or “our”) describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share your personal information when you use our Services — including when you visit enperfeitas.com, or engage with us in other related ways, such as marketing or events.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register, contact us, or otherwise interact with our Services. This may include your name and email address. Payment data: if you make a purchase, data such as your payment instrument number is collected to process the transaction. All payment data is handled and stored by Stripe — see Stripe’s privacy notice.
Automatically collected data: when you visit our Services, we automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, and approximate location — primarily to keep the Services secure and working, and for internal analytics and reporting.
We process your information to: facilitate account creation and manage user accounts; deliver the services you request; respond to your inquiries and offer support; send administrative information, such as updates to our terms and policies; and fulfil and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges. We may also process information to protect someone’s vital interests (for example, to prevent harm). We only process your information for other purposes with your prior consent.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails, or by contacting us — we may still send non-marketing, service-related messages, such as those necessary to fulfil an order.
No uniform standard for Do-Not-Track (DNT) browser signals currently exists, so we do not respond to them. If a standard is adopted that we’re required to follow, we will update this notice to reflect that.
Yes — we may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to stay compliant with relevant laws. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and we’ll note any material changes.
